They’re so dead-on perfect that it’s hard to escape the feeling that there’s some kind of joke, and the mynah is in on it, and you are not.uni lessons and other stuff (aka the AnY fandom going crazy over important stuff *-*) kind of swallowed me. It was an incredibly interesting read and has compelled me to learn more about Sri Lanka’s culture because it was such a touching read.

The very act of being tattooed, it’s painful, it’s discomfiting and people were responding to that as a therapeutic or grounding experience.

The hunt continues: by the river Thames, during New Year’s Eve fireworks, and into the secret heart of St Paul’s Cathedral. If you ever read this novel, you’ll understand just how different they are and how that works to magnify the effect of those short poems.
