About this deal

Her death at the end, whilst utterly devastating, truly brought closure to the story, allowing her to reunite with her lover. Sephy feels like my baby because I've followed her all the way from book 1 and sure she pissed me off so much in the early books but she has my heart.

This implied she didn't really love him, and deep down she was constructing a plan which we didn't get to see. Endgame, the breathtaking conclusion to the series, influenced by the unprecedented global events of recent years, is full of twists and turns. which confused me since she was a nought (white) and that accent had never been put on her throughout the series until then. The books, written primarily for a young adult audience, have been written and published over a 21-year period meaning many readers have grown up with the books and have long-awaited its conclusion, while other readers may be experiencing the series for the first time. Hearing the narrative of the first-generation characters really made the journey full circle, seeing firsthand how their stories end after having grown up with them.

I remember reading this over a year ago and being very annoyed, because the next book wasn’t out yet! With the help of Ravi Singh, she released a true-crime podcast about the murder case they solved together last year. When we're younger, we often keep a diary where we talk about our crushes, how annoying our teachers are, our parents, and our dreams. She has been awarded numerous prizes for her work, including the Red House Children’s Book Award, and has also been shortlisted for the Carnegie Medal.

It seems that Sonny did it, but given that Sephy died before they could have a proper talk, no real and concrete answer was given. The action shifts from character to character, and there was - on occasion - a sense of deliberate attempts to misdirect us. The cliffhanger ending will leave fans desperately awaiting the next installment’ Mail on Sunday, ‘Must-Read Books of the year, 2019’ on Crossfire.i won’t pretend i’m not devastated but i also stayed up way too late to finish this in one sitting, and am definitely digging out noughts and crosses to reread tomorrow. Mel and Sid are determined to do this together, but they soon discover that pregnancy is totally different for boys and girls.

Even the writing from different perspectives was hard to place as a particular character's voice without the context clues in the text. The cliffhanger ending will leave fans desperately awaiting the next installment' Mail on Sunday, 'Must-Read Books of the year, 2019' onCrossfire . I think the last few books in this series lost the spark of the first few and drifted off the main theme, but Ive still enjoyed reading them all.I won’t spoil what happens in that book, just in case you haven’t had the chance to read it, but the book ends on ‘to be continued’. So without me jabbering on any longer, if you're a fan of the Noughts and Crosses series, I suggest you read Crossfire and Endgame (Endgame follows directly on from Crossfire). I almost forgot to say that 😂😂) I'm glad to be leaving this series on a positive note, because it truly has had its ups and downs. Also despite the POVs themselves being written well, the third change in kidnapper took that storyline into the ludicrous territory.
