it’s the 20v or 20/40v size I’m trying to replace with the five slot ( not four slot like most Workzone units). Has any one found a compatible battery for the “Activ Battery’ range that power the last generation of Ferrex own brand tools sold in Aldi. This power tool has a no-load speed of 0-2800 rpm, impact rate of 0-3600 bpm and has a forward and reverse function. Lost access to the 3D printer for a while so my lad can print Oculus Rift controller holder things for his mates to play Beat Saber!

if I connect the "TH" pin on the Makita clone battery to the 3rd pin on the Ferrex tool, rather than running for 2 seconds and stopping the hedge trimmer just doesn't work at all. Some mention that it does the job and charges garden products well, while others say that it doesn't work and won't charge garden products.
This is 3D printed adapter to convert Einhell 18V Power X-Change battery to Ferrex 18V Tool such as Ferrex Nail Gun, also works with this type Workzone tools.The batteries very quickly drop down to 3v in use, so they're probably more accurately 18v battery packs.
