The following modes are available: Drilling without hammer function (impact stop), drilling with pneumatic hammer function, Vario-Lock for optimum adjustment of the chisel position or rotation stop for just the hammer function when using chisels. There are several actions that could trigger this block including submitting a certain word or phrase, a SQL command or malformed data. One huge advantage of this drill over many battery operated versions, is that it can operate in hammer mode only. Previously I was struggling with repointing with hammer/ chisel because of hard mortar , this drill made job trouble free and lot less ( 50 % at least ) work.

Overall, the Bosch PBH 2100 RE is a reliable and efficient drill machine that offers excellent performance.The tool is equipped with an SDS Plus system chuck for intuitive operation , allowing any drill bit or chisel to be changed in just 3 seconds. I have been using the 110v massive type for all my installation work where I would be chasing walls and then drilling. With a longer ~25cm bit the problem was exaggerated to around a 2cm diameter circle and the whole drill was pulled around by the momentum. Also the application spectrum has increased and it is now suitable for materials like wood and steel. The problem is much reduced and not noticeable at all with a short bit, so I'm happy to stick with this from here on out.
