This stroller comes in at a higher price point than others on the market, especially when you factor in the added accessories. However, in the luxury stroller category, it is on the more affordable end. That, coupled with the limited lifetime warranty on the stroller frame, makes this a solid investment. Safety The City Select Lux offers four configurations that aren't possible for the City Select 2 or City Select: Only the Lux model is compatible with the bench seat, an accessory that allows an older child up to 65 pounds to ride along. The bench seat, now discontinued, won't fit the City Select 2. Strolling the City Select down the sidewalk does reveal a few inconsistencies. I was wondering whether this would be harder to steer. It is a heavier stroller than others I’ve seen. One of the things I liked most about this stroller was the ease with which it transforms. As opposed to other travel systems I’ve worked with, it’s very easy to switch between configurations. (I’d almost call it intuitive.) Baby Jogger offers adapters for almost all major car seat brands, including their own. The stroller itself should be kept dry and should not be left outside exposed to the elements.
