RICS APC questions refer to the set of questions that are asked during the Assessment of Professional Competence (APC) process conducted by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS). You must have completed 48 hours of CPD training during the last 12 months. Or 96 hours of CPD undertaken during the last 24 months, if you are undertaking 24 months structured training.
