They can fit Barbie skirts but not tops for example, having big wide hips and a teensy tiny upper body with a short torso. Meaningful Name: Most of the characters' names derive from puns and plays on words relating to their theme colors. I have no idea what the hip cups do as they seem to do nothing and just add extra complexity to the doll's construction. It is however CAKED in wierd smelling product at the front which needs to be brushed or rinsed out as it's hard and crunchy and unpleasant. As Violet talks about her friends, she reveals to her viewers that Poppy's has never seen snow before. The box is annoying to open. The doll section is fairly easy to get open but the part containing the second outfit is glued with extremely tough glue that required a lot of brute force to remove.

I do wish MGA had opted for a little more skin tone variation across the line though. Only one has brown skin which is odd for MGA, a company who so often prides themselves on diversity. Poppy Rowan: Poppies are orange, but rowan trees have red-colored berries. As a name, "Rowan" means "little red-head". Additionally, she mainly composes pop music. Jerk with a Heart of Gold: The As are the domineering clique of upperclassmen at Rainbow High, but they're still kind to the freshmen. Along with the rest of the group, Poppy is very upset by Bella leaving, and like most of the girls she is rather weary of Amaya's introduction. Poppy in particular is the one who lets Amaya know that she is replacing Bella within their group, something that upsets and surprises Amaya. Once the class period ends, Poppy joins the rest of her friends in giving Bella one last goodbye.

Despite this grand interview, it is revealed that Ruby had won and is now featured on the cover, with Poppy congratulating her. Poppy makes a very minor appearance within the episode, only appearing near the end during the school pep rally cheering for Aidan and the football team along with the cheer squad consisting of the other main girls.Skyler and Amaya will draw fashions in a matter of few seconds and some shimmering clouds. Even if they have only a pencil, the designs will be colored and the models will have detailed features. Everyone just rolls with it.
